Orders & payment

All prices are shown in USD unless indicated otherwise. Your order 
is confirmed once payment is accepted, and you'll receive a 
confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund 
any order (e.g., stock or pricing errors) — you'll be notified 
immediately if that happens.

Shipping

Orders ship within 1-3 business days with tracking. Most orders 
arrive in 5-11 business days (up to 15 during busy periods). Full

Returns & the 30-Day Guarantee

Our full policy is available on the Refund & Returns page. In 
short: 30 days from delivery to change your mind for a full refund, 
and free replacement or refund for damaged, incorrect, or lost 
orders.

Product information

JelaBoo suits are baby garments made from 95% cotton. Always ensure 
the correct size for your child and follow the care instructions 
(machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low). This product is 
a garment, not a toy — as with all baby clothing, use under adult 
supervision. Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to 
screen settings.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logo, the JelaBoo name) 
belongs to JelaBoo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the 
amount you paid for your order. These terms are governed by the 
laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada. Nothing in these 
terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
