1. The 30-Night Guarantee (changed your mind)
You have 30 days from the delivery date to try your BamBreeze. Not satisfied, for any reason? You get a full refund. In most cases you won't even need to ship the blanket back — we'll confirm the details in our reply. One guarantee claim per order.
2. Damaged, wrong, or missing item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect: contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the item received (required for damaged or incorrect items). We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, we consider it lost: you get a free reshipment or a full refund, no photo needed.
3. How to make a claim
Use the Contact page or email support@bambreeze.co with your order number. We reply within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation, with an email the moment it's processed.
Can I exchange for another size or color?
Yes — tell us the size or color you'd like in your message and we'll arrange an exchange instead of a refund.
What's not covered?
Claims made more than 30 days after delivery, and normal wear from use or washing outside the care instructions (cold wash, low tumble). That's it — no other fine print.
